Who we are

The Standard with Rosa is a coaching and digital products business operated by Rosa Osterling. This policy applies to the website at ispeakwoman.com and the services offered through it.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address, and age range when you request a free profile audit or sign up for the Inner Circle.
• The dating profile screenshots you upload for your audit.
• Your phone number, if you provide it when signing up for the Inner Circle (WhatsApp).
• Payment information when you buy the guide or a session. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used.

Your profile photos and screenshots

The photos and screenshots you upload for your audit are used only to generate your audit. They are:

• Never shared with third parties.
• Never posted, displayed or used in any content.
• Deleted automatically within 7 days of upload.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by replying to any email from The Standard.

Payments and Stripe

All purchases (the guide, The Woman’s Take, and The Standard Session) are processed through Stripe. When you click a purchase button you are taken to Stripe’s secure checkout. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your name and email, so we can deliver what you bought. We do not store your payment details.

Emails

When you request an audit or make a purchase, we may send you occasional emails from Rosa, including coaching tips and information about services. All emails have an unsubscribe link. We manage email contacts using GoHighLevel (GHL). See GoHighLevel’s Privacy Policy.

The Standard Inner Circle (WhatsApp)

If you sign up for the Inner Circle, we ask for your WhatsApp number so Rosa can send the private group link. Your number is not visible to other group members. You may leave the group at any time, and your number will be removed from our records on request.

Age requirement

This site is for adults aged 25 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 25. If you believe someone under 25 has submitted information, please notify us and we will delete it.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this site (Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for email, Cloudflare for hosting). These providers have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.

To exercise any of these rights, reply to any email from The Standard or message @hold.thestandard on Instagram.

Cookies

This site uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
